Scarlet Honors Weekend - December 10-11, 2021

    WHAT IS SCARLET HONORS WEEKEND?

Scarlet Honors Weekend is the premiere weekend at Wabash for seniors considering the College as their destination next fall. This is an event where students will meet future classmates and world-renowned faculty, while experiencing the best of Wabash and competing for Honors Scholarships. It's one weekend for the rest of your life!

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Families and other guests are welcome to attend Scarlet Honors Weekend. While some programming is specific to the student, there will be activities and important information for families as well.

Historically, this program offers an overnight stay on our campus for prospective students. It is our hope to be able to offer this option again this year. The health and safety of our students, faculty, staff, and community remain our top priority. A decision regarding the overnight component will be determined closer to the event based upon guidance from the local health department.

Students: If you're anticipating staying the night, you will need to complete and submit the Overnight Consent Form. This document is required for a student to stay overnight on our campus. You must email this form, along with a copy of your vaccination card, to Julia Wells, Associate Director of Admissions, wellsj@wabash.edu. Please note that the copy of your card will be immediately discarded after making note of its receipt.

If you need to make changes to your registration, please contact us at admissions@wabash.edu or 800.345.5385.

The deadline to register for this event has been extended to December 5, 2021.

There are several hotel options in Crawfordsville, but the Holiday Inn Express located 3 miles from campus has been very supportive of the College's guests and it is recommended. Please check out the Holiday Inn, Express website for more detailed information or call 765-323-4575.

Other local hotel options include the Comfort Inn, Best Western, and the Hampton Inn & Suites.

We also have a hotel on campus located in Trippet Hall. It is $92 a night. More information can be found at https://trippet.wabash.edu/suites. We’ve put a block on the rooms for Scarlet Honors guests, so you will need to contact Julia Wells, wellsj@wabash.edu, if you'd like to book a room.

HOW TO GET TO CAMPUS IF YOU FLY

If you are flying into Indianapolis International Airport, a driver will be provided for you and your guests, to and from the airport, if needed. We must have your travel itinerary if we are providing your transportation to campus. Please complete this form as soon as you have your travel information.

    WHERE TO PARK

The best places for parking are the lots south of the Allen Center, north of Trippet Hall and south of the Fine Arts Center. Additionally, there is street parking available around campus, but please be mindful of street signs. As a friendly reminder, yellow curbed areas are non-parking. See our campus map for reference.
